WELCOME TO EDEM CONFERENCE
Call for Abstract
This conference is a prestigious event, organized to provide an international platform for academicians, researchers, managers, industrial participants, and students to share their research findings with global experts. All full paper submissions will be peer-reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research depth, accuracy, and relevance to the conference theme and topics.
The conference is seeking submissions related to the following conference topics: Social Sciences, Humanities, and Language and Literature. Other related tracks and topics will also be considered.
Submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. All submissions should report original and previously unpublished research results no matter the type of research paper you are presenting. Manuscripts should meet the format set by the Conference committee and are subject to review. Detailed instructions and full paper submission guidelines will be emailed within a few weeks following the conference.

- The registration fee, once received by ERF, is non-refundable.
- The registration fee covers conference participation charges for Day 01 only.
- The responsibility for visa arrangements, travel, and accommodation costs lies with the author and is not the responsibility of our organization. These costs will be borne by the individual.
Conference Schedule
The schedule and agenda for the conference, including presentation timings, will be determined at a later stage, typically 15–10 days before the conference, once all proposals and abstracts have been submitted. Please note that only authors who register by the specified deadlines will be included in the conference program.

Day Second
Conference second day is reserved for participants own tourism activities (expenses will be borne by him/herself)

Oral Presentations
Oral presentations are given at the venue of the event. The presenter is physically present to deliver a verbal presentation to the audience. Most of the presenters choose to supplement their speech with a series of slides. Oral contributions (PowerPoint presentations) will be the main part of session. Each Presenter will get 12-15 Minutes to do their Presentation (PPT is Recommended).
Each Presenter will have 03 Minutes for Q&A Session.
Poster Presentation
A time slot will be allocated for the poster viewing in the conference program and please ensure that you stand by your poster(s) for discussions and questions during that session.
Poster presenters are able to explain their material, answer questions, exchange contact information, and fully discuss the subject matter, as visitors examine the displays during the time allocated for poster presentation.
You could print your poster and attend the conference.
Virtual Session:
Virtual Conference open doors for publication of your abstract your paper without attending the International Conference Physically.
Live sessions are planned before the conference and are delivered via Zoom.
In order to connect with attendees in real time, presenters must be registered conference participants and present. Pre-recorded segments may be used in sessions, especially to accommodate presenters from other time zones who are abroad.
You Need To Do:
- Create a maximum of 10–12 slides that cover your research.
- The presentation will be included in the conference program
- Present 15-20 min at given time frame.
- Based on the presentation, a certificate of presentation will be given.
